How to reserve tables

Exhibitors are invited to read regulation carefully before to reserve tables.

You can reserve your tables via phone or e-mail (listed in the contacts, page), by communicating us:

  • full name;
  • complete addres;
  • phone number(s);
  • quantity of tables and tables code
    (if codes are not indicated, tables will be assigned randomly);
  • type of animals, merchandise and equipment you want to expose
    (these will be insert in exhibitors list, and for best organization of the exposition);
  • web pages url
    (where you have, it will be insert in exhibitor list, to allow visitors to contact you).

(if different from "full name")

(street, zip code, city, state)
e-mail *
telephon number cellular number
number of tables and related codes
(see the planimetry)

kind of animals and equipment you'll expose
(for a best show organization of spaces, this will be insert in exhibitor list)
