Costs, time, trade-show regulation, conditions and limitations
Exhibitors are invited to read regulation carefully before to reserve tables.
Exhibitors rates:
Each table cost: €25,00 for table.
Tables measure about 2,2 meters. The electricity comes automatically with the reservation.
We will assign free pass to exhibitors, according to the following scheme:
- up to 3 tables, will be provided up to 2 pass;
- up to 5 tables, will be provided up to 3 pass;
- mote than 6 tables, will be provided up to 4 pass;
- Additional pass will be purchased, paying the cost of the ticket (€5,00).
Visitors rates:
Visitors entrance ticket costs €5,00.
Children younger than 6 years old, and persons older than 70 years old, must not pay the entrance ticket.

Sunday 20 from 07:30

Sunday 20 from 9:30 to 18:00
Regulation
Reservations will be valid after receiving confirmation from organization.
Reservations must be confirmed by payment, within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of confirmation.
Data dor payment will be send within booking confirmation.
If payment will not made in this period, the related tables will be considered "available" for other exhibitors.
In case an exhibitors would like to delete his reservation, the total amount previously paid will be refunded (transaction costs will be deducted) only if cancellation will be communicated to organizers by telephone before 28th of May 2011. Tables canceled after this date will not be refunded.
You are allowed to sell or purchase live animals during "SQUAMATA", but only observing the following rules:
- It is possible to sell animals, insects, plants, only if equipped with regular CITES documents, where needed.
- It is forbidden to sell or expose any animal that is included in the list of the MD of 19-4-96: venomous snakes (rear-fanged are allowed), monitors, Crocodiles, alligator turtle, reticulated python, green anaconda…
- It is forbidden to sell or expose spiders and scorpions (due to an Italian incomplete low, n.213 of 2003)
- It is forbidden to sell or expose birds.
- Exhibitors that will market forbidden animals will be immediately expelled from the show, and will not be accepted in future editions. If, as result of exhibitors actions, organization will have any problems, will be requested damages.
- Animals for sale must be handled less possible, only to be estimate by buyer
- Animals for sale must be exposed in closed cages, on which must be written the scientific name (if you yont, common name to), captive bred or wild cought (CB o WC), optimal temperature, maximum length of the animal, type of prey or food. One cage one animal (except insects, little saurians, small mammals). Cage must contain an appropriated substrat that guarantee appropriated hygienic conditions.
- Exhibitors will be responsible of their animales and equipments. The organization don't assume any responsability in case of losses and leakages.
- Unhealty animals, or suspected ones, will be removed from the show. Exhibitors don't comply with the instructions provided by veterinarian will be expelled from the show. The organization reserves the right to not accept their reservations for future editions.
- It is allowed to sell ONLY animals such: Reptiles, Amphibians, Insects, Rodents, micro-mammals.
- It is allowed to sell ONLY plants such: Carnivorous Plants, Bonsai, Ornamental plants.
- It is allowed to sell ONLYfossils that are legally commercialised.
- It is allowed to sell any herp-merchandise and equipment inherent terraristik like cages, lamps, heat cables, heat pads, control instruments, reptiles and amphybian food, other equipment.
- It is allowed to sell books, gadgets, T-shirts that are inherent with: Reptiles, Amphibians, Insects, Arachnids, other Animals, Fossils, Bonsai, Carnivorous Plants, Ornamental Plants.
Exhibitors should bring electrical adapters and wire, because electricity may not coincide exactly with your table. |
