Table reservations are to be considered accepted only after receiving confirmation from the organisation.

Exhibitor Rates

Cost per table: € 45.00
Table dimensions: approximately 2.2 metres.
Electricity included (the exhibitor must provide their own adapters, extension cords, etc.).

16:30 – 20:00 Saturday 20th June – setup
07:00 – 09:00 Sunday 21st June – setup

📋 Full regulations 📋 Exhibitors list

Exhibitors will be assigned free passes according to the following scheme:

  • Up to 3 tables → up to 2 passes;
  • Up to 5 tables → up to 3 passes;
  • Over 6 tables → up to 4 passes.
  • Additional entries can be purchased on site at the regular ticket price.

The reservation must be confirmed by payment within 7 days of receiving confirmation.
The organisers may modify the floor plan and the position of reservations at their discretion without prior notice (we recommend monitoring the floor plan).
If payment is not received within the deadline, the tables will be considered free and assigned to other applicants.
In case of cancellation, a refund (net of expenses and commissions) is only possible if communicated by telephone at least 15 days before the event.
